Announcing a new Property Management Company starting January 1, 2026.
Associa - Community Association Services of Indiana (CASI)
Information on the transition and instructions on how to sign up for CASI's Town Square App will be sent to you soon.
With the transition, payment options for the annual assessment will differ from those currently available.
Due to these changes, the 2026 Annual Assessment will not be due at the same time as previous years and will be delayed 30-60 days.
The 2025 assessment was due on January 28, 2025.
The 2025 amount due is $255.00 per lot.
Late Fees of $25 are added after January 18, February 28, & March 28.
The 2025 proposed budget is located at the bottom of this page under "Important Documents".

Certain Parking Restrictions are suspended indefinitely. Do NOT park on the mailbox side of the streets, within 20 feet of intersections, hydrants and medians. Posted 6.18.2020.

Do NOT burn leaves in the streets or at the curb. Leaves may be burnt in a barrel only. Do not pile leaves at the curb as there is no service to pick them up.

Certain fire pit restrictions are suspended for Hallmark lots ONLY. Burning of wood and leaves is permitted only in a structure that properly contains the contents of the fire, such as: brick/paver ring or free standing fire safe container no larger than 36 inches in diameter. Absolutely no burning of any items or fire pits allowed on Village lots.
