Certain Parking Restrictions are suspended indefinitely. Do NOT park on the mailbox side of the streets, within 20 feet of intersections, hydrants and medians. Posted 6.18.2020.

Certain fire pit restrictions are suspended for Hallmark lots ONLY. Burning of wood and leaves is permitted only in a structure that properly contains the contents of the fire, such as: brick/paver ring or free standing fire safe container no larger than 36 inches in diameter. Absolutely no burning of any items or fire pits allowed on Village lots.
