Yard Waste Disposal
Please note that every homeowner is responsible for the disposal of their yard waste, including grass clippings, leaves, and tree branch trimmings. Benjamin Crossing does not have a yard waste collection service for the community and trash companies will not take yard waste if it is not in your trach container. Piles like this, discarded
Please note that every homeowner is responsible for the disposal of their yard waste, including grass clippings, leaves, and tree branch trimmings. Benjamin Crossing does not have a yard waste collection service for the community and trash companies will not take yard waste if it is not in your trach container. Piles like this, discarded in common areas, are not allowed. If this continues to happen, homeowner dues will increase to pay for the removal.

With the transition, payment options for the annual assessment will differ from those currently available.
Due to these changes, the 2026 Annual Assessment will not be due at the same time as previous years and will be delayed 30-60 days.
The 2026 assessment was due on March 1st, 2026.
The 2027 amount due is $755.00 per lot.
Late Fees of $25 are added after April 1, May 1, & June 1.
The 2026 proposed budget is located at the bottom of this page under "Important Documents".

In the spring of 2026 Oakley Park's Playground received a Renovation. The other two playgrounds will be renovated later this summer!!
