There is an online payment method for debit/credit card payments. Contact macy@harthoamgmt.com for an invoice payable by card. The annual assessment is due in January every year.
If you notice something that needs to be fixed in our community like a missing sign or broken bench, please contact Hart Consulting.
Our community has covenants and restrictions that you can use for reference to see what is allowed. These documents can be viewed on our website under the Governing Documents tab.
You need to submit a completed Architectural Request Form and mail it to Hart Consulting. The Architectural Request Form indicates additional information which may need to be included with your request. Hart Consulting works directly with the Board and Architectural Control Committee and has 30 days to process your request. A letter will be sent to you with the status of the request.
If you are the original homeowner you should have received a copy with your closing documents; however, you can contact the Tippecanoe County Recorders Office at (765)423-9352 to receive a copy. Nominal fees may apply for this service.
If you ever feel unsafe or threatened, please call the proper authorities. For example, if there is a stray dog loose in the community contact animal control at 765-423-9321.
You can contact Hart Consulting and express your concern. Hart Consulting provides regular property inspections and can address the issue if needed.
All streets are maintained by Tippecanoe County. If you would like to know when your street will be plowed you can contact the Tippecanoe Highway Department at (765)474-7079. The Village Alleyways are maintained by the Association. If you have snow removal or maintenance concerns regarding the alleyways, please contact Hart Consulting.
A Management Company brings a high level of expertise and professionalism to our community. Our board members have been elected into non-paid positions and choose to bring in outside help to oversee the details of our HOA management. Managing our association is a full-time job and our board members have outside obligations, which do not allow them to commit the hours needed each week to properly manage our community. A Management Company will help answer your questions and assist with concerns about our community more efficiently than the board alone.
