The Board of Directors acts as the Architectural Change Committee (ACC). The ACC helps maintain the aesthetics of Benjamin Crossing. This committee reviews requests and approves/denies requests for exterior modifications to their home or lot as determined by the governing documents. 

In order to assist homeowners with their exterior change requests the ACC has created Exterior Change Request forms for regularly requested exterior modifications. Please use one of the below forms that best describes your modification. Be sure to include a plat map of your lot indicating where the improvement will be placed along with measurements.
