HOA
The Benjamin Crossing HOA is managed by a board of elected homeowners in partnership with Associa Community Association Services of Indiana., a property management company.
Together they manage the subdivision in accordance with the Association’s legal documents. Benjamin Crossing is financially supported by the members of the homeowners association.
