Welcome to Benjamin Crossing HOA

Benjamin Crossing is a Planned Unit Development located in Lafayette, Indiana between Veteran's Memorial Parkway and 450 south and consists of 630 lots divided into two areas: Village (lots with alley way driveways) and Hallmark.

This beautiful community contains three parks with playgrounds, professionally maintained green spaces, three ponds with fountains, paved walking trails and much more. The main park is Oakley Park and it features a large playground, covered picnic area, and wooded walking trail.

Goal Statement

In order to meet the Mission Statement the Board of Director’s shall develop and adopt a proactive role that will result in:

Continually improving property values, appearance of common areas, and enhancing the quality of life within this community by adopting, publishing and governing mutually beneficial standards.
Encouraging members of this community to be good stewards in meeting their responsibilities to the community in order to best serve our common goals.
Respecting the accomplishments of the Association’s past Board of Directors and using these accomplishments as a historical guide.
Addressing member concerns, listening to and incorporating their ideas and inviting them to participate in the development of this community.
