Our committee is responsible for reporting maintenance repairs needed in the Common Areas. Do you spend a lot of time walking our subdivision, enjoying one of our three parks, but don't have a lot of time to volunteer? Why not check out the Common Areas Committee? Just let us know if you see anything that has been vandalized or needs replaced/repaired. If you need to report something, please contact us or use the Pothole or Vandalism Reporting form.

ABOUT THE PARKING COMMITTEE:
The Parking Committee approves requests for event parking and distributes/collects parking permits.  We also answer homeowner questions about parking and have met with the board to discuss permanent parking solutions for our neighborhood.  Committee volunteers ensure everyone who wants to have an event at their home can get the permits they need.  If you are one of the many homeowners who use permits several times a year, this committee could be the one for you!

Note:  Internet access is a requirement for participation on this committee.

PARKING UPDATES:

Check out Parking & Towing for the dates of non-permit holidays.
