Parking & Towing

Benjamin Crossing enforces the “No Parking on Roadways” covenant. This means that any vehicle parked on a roadway in our subdivision without a proper permit is at risk of being towed. Vehicles parked in front of or in close proximity to mailboxes or fire hydrants will be towed without warning. If you are planning an event and would like permits, please complete a permit request form and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Special Events Parking Trial - Extended until further notice

Dear Homeowners of Benjamin Crossing,

We would first like to thank all of the homeowners who gave suggestions and feedback for the Special Events Parking Trial, and to everyone who has worked on the revised proposal that has been submitted to the HOA Board Members.

Although the new parking trial does not fix every problem we have with parking in our neighborhood, we hope that it will offer a better short-term resolution until a more detailed and long-term plan can be formed, voted on, and put in place.  When reading the revised policy and agreement, you will see a deposit is no longer required to obtain permits.  It also allows for the occasional overnight guest.  These were the requests most often asked of the committee.

We hope the revision of the Special Events Parking Policy will make it easier to utilize and allow Benjamin Crossing to be a more guest friendly neighborhood.

Sincerely,
Benjamin Crossing Parking Committee

These guidelines include parking 15’ from intersections, 15’ from fire hydrants, 15’ from mailboxes between 10am and 3pm, parking on the even side on even days and the odd side on odd days, never parking in the round-about, and vehicles must be off the streets for snow removal.
