Welcome to Benjamin Crossing!

Benjamin Crossing is a Planned Unit Development located in Lafayette, Indiana between Veteran's Memorial Parkway and 450 south and consists of 630 lots divided into four areas: the Village, the Ridge, the Cove and the Reserve.

This beautiful community contains three parks with playgrounds, professionally maintained green spaces, three ponds with fountains, paved walking trails and much more. The main park is Oakley Park and it features a large playground, covered picnic area, and wooded walking trail.

Parking Restrictions

Benjamin Crossing has parking restrictions. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in your vehicle being towed.

The Benjamin Crossing HOA is managed by a board of elected homeowners in partnership with Hart Consulting Inc., a property management company.


Together they manage the subdivision in accordance with the Association’s legal documents. Benjamin Crossing is financially  supported by the members of the homeowners association.

We are dedicated individuals.

We are volunteers who work in partnership with Hart Consulting Inc., a Homeowner's Association Management Company, to maintain our HOA and service the needs of our homeowners and residents.
